DIVINE ESTABLISHMENT
Prayer
Oh Lord, establish our thoughts, to align with your thoughts. Establish us to be fruitful, Bless the fruit of our womb. Establish our tongue in righteous. For "Rash words are like sword thrusts” (Prov. 12:18) Establish us in your divine plans. Your plans are way better than our plans. Your ways are way higher than our ways and Your thoughts of God are way higher than our thoughts. We are ready to let go our old thoughts in order that your thoughts will be established.
ESTABLISHMENT IS FOR DIVINE PERMANENCY
When God establishes you, He will give you a permanent place in the territory. He gives us power to possess, occupy and for our generations. Everything God does in our lives is to give us a permanent blessing. In Gensis 12.1 the Lord promised to make Abram, a great nation and make his name great. This means that God is serious to establish your life in His permanent blessing.
CHRIST ESTABLISHES US PERMANENTLY- YOU ARE LIKE A TREE PLANTED BY THE RIVERS OF WATER. YOUR LEAVES SHALL NOT WITHER PSALM 1.3
ESTABLISHMENT DETERMINES YOUR AUTHORITY
We are called to grow our roots in relationship with Jesus. as we grow our roots in Christ, we walk in authority of Jesus Christ. All authority in heaven and in earth is given to Christ. We tap into this authority by being established and rooted in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Paul prayer for church of Colossia is that they may be rooted into Christ. (Colossians 2.7). As our roots grow deeper and deeper in Christ, we start to experience a boldness in our faith to take territories for Jesus. we start to rise into our place of dominance and authority.
YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IS DETERMINED BY YOUR ROOTS IN CHRIST.
The seven sons of Jewish high priest Sceva in Acts 19.11-20 wanted to use authority, but they did not have relationship and roots in Christ. The authority is in the name of Jesus and this authority will only work with those who have been established and rooted in Christ.
ESTABLISHED IN CHRIST TO SPREAD OUTWARDS AND DOWNWARDS
ROOTS grow in two dimensions downwards and outwards. A tree that is planted by the waters, have deep roots for its firmness and wide roots to tap the waters and resources needed for its growth. The Lord has called us to be established in depths and also spread outwards. Every believer should desire to grow deep in Christ and also be ready to reach out. the spreading out will require our flexibility to be mission minded. Reaching out to others around us. We are blessed as we grow our roots in Christ and as we also become a blessing to nations.
TRUE ESTABLISHMENT DEMANDS US TO BE MISSION MINDED
We are established to be both Priests and Kings. Priests unto our God and Kings to reach out to the nations for Christ. Kings to make decrees and bring order in the nations of the earth. God created and He has positioned us to bring order in the creation. May your roots grow deep and wide.
ESTABLISHMENT CAUSE SOME THINGS START TO DRY UP AND OTHER START TO SPROUT-OUT
As we rise in our place of establishment, there are things that will not be able to grow around us. the trees grow and because of its roots. some things start to dry up and new things start to spout under its shadow. It is interesting that God want to establish us so that we can cause the right things to grow and bring reformation in our families, cities and the nations. There are things that will dry up as the Lord establishes you in Christ Jesus. even in your personal life, there are relationships that will die, and new relationships will be birthed.
ESTABLISHED IN CHRIST TO POSSESS THE GATES OF OUR ENEMIES.
As we see in Genesis 22.17, the Lord Promises Abraham that Israel will be established to take possession of the gates of their enemies.
There are gates of heaven and also gates of Hell. Jesus said, in Mathew 16.18 I will build MY CHURCH and the Gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. It is the perfect will of God for the Church of Jesus Christ to rise and prevail against the gates of hades. Gates are places of power, authority, defense and safety. The Church of Jesus is called to have dominion over territories and tear down all the evil gates through the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. You are planted in your family to rise with authority and tear down every evil altar in that family. You are planted in your community or nation to rise in power of Jesus Christ and demolish the gates of evil in that specific territory.
Rise up and Put on your whole armor of God that you may stand against the wiles of the devil. To possess the gates of our enemies will require commitment, dedication and fervent prayers. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds. (Further readings 2 Corinthians 10.4, Ephesians 6.11)
CHRIST ESTABLISHES US TO RISE UP TO HAVE AN INHERITANCE AND TAKE POSSESSION.
As we conquer the gates of our enemies, we take possession of new grounds and these grounds become our inheritance to preach the good news. We are called to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to every nation and every tribe. We are called to be mission minded. Reaching the people in new territories with the good news of Jesus Christ who has died and risen for the forgiveness of our sins. Calling people to repent and turn from their wicked ways. As we preach the gospel in new territories, we continue to expand and increase.
Rise Up in the place where God has positioned and establish you and become a vessel that spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Your workplace is your new position to reach out to the unreached. Your business is your platform to share the good news of Jesus Christ. Wherever God has positioned you and given you a platform, use it to preach the Kingdom of God.
ESTABLISHED TO WALK IN THE GOD-GIVEN AUTHORITY WITHOUT WAVERING FROM THE TRUTH
ESTABLISHED TO BE IMMOVABLE ABOUNDING IN THE WORK OF GOD
1 Cor 15.58 Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
WE ARE BEING ESTABLISHED TO SERVE GOD IN ACCEPTABLE MANNER
Hebrews 12.28 we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.
WE ARE BEING ESTABLISHED SO THAT WE CAN BE FRUITFUL-
INCREASE IN FRUITFULNESS TO BEAR ABUNDANT FRUITS John 15.1-2
JOHN 15.2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
WE ARE BEING ESTABLISHED THROUGH PRUNING THAT WE MAY BEAR MORE FRUIT.
For our fruit of righteousness to increase, God the Father the vinedresser prunes us. The pruning process is part of Establishment so that we can increase our fruits, bearing more fruits.
In John 15 there are three levels mentioned, No-Fruit, bearing-fruit and bearing MORE fruit. we have to be ready to move forward from place of unfruitfulness to fruitfulness and then to more fruitfulness.
THE EARLY CHURCH ACTS CONTINUED TO INCREASE, BY ADDING DAILY THOSE BEING SAVED- ACTS 2.47. it is God's good pleasure to see us increase in numbers. As the church of Jesus Christ, increase is our divine portion. May we increase in numbers by making more people daily.
JOHN 15.8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so, you will be My disciples.
GOD IS GLORIFIED WHEN WE BEAR MUCH-FRUIT. Our heavenly Father, the vinedresser is glorified in seeing us bearing fruits and increasing in numbers.
WHEN GOD ESTABLISH US, HE DESTROYS BARRENESS AND MISCARRIAGE IN YOUR LIFE.
JOHN 15.16; You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.
OUR FRUIT WILL REMAIN: SAVING SOULS AND SUSTAINING SOULS. SALVATION OF SOULS AND DISCIPLESHIP. People who come and surrender their lives to Jesus will be ready for discipleship.
WE ARE BEING ESTABLISHED FOR GROWTH-
GOD MATURES US SO THAT WE WILL STAND FIRM AND NOT BE BLOWN BY EVERY WIND OF DOCTRINE- Ephesians 4.14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting.
WE ARE BEING ESTABLISHED THAT WE MAY GROW IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF CHRIST- OUR TRUE SPIRITUAL GROWTH IS EVIDENT THROUGH OUR FRUITFULNESS!
2 Peter 3.18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
WE ARE BEING ESTABLISHED IN FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD WE ARE CALLED INTO FELLOWSHIP
1 COR 1.9 God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
WE ARE BEING ESTABLISHED IN FRIENDSHIP WITH GOD
GEN 18 GOD REVEALS HIS PLAN TO ABRAHAM HIS FRIEND. God reveals His secrets to His friends. May you become a friend of Jesus Christ.

JOHN 15.15 No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.
John 8.35 And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever.
MAY YOUR LIFE BE ESTABLISHED IN CHRIST JESUS THAT YOU MAY REAP EVERY BENEFIT OF DIVINE ESTABLISHMENT
